Available forms

Standard Gauge Wire
Available in 4.50mm and 6.00mm square wire form. Supplied fully annealed. Standard Gauge Wire is kept in stock for same day dispatch.

All Wire Profiles are supplied half hard as standard and are made to order. Wire products are available in 3 working days, however a small range is kept in stock for same day dispatch. The wire profiles include:

Round Wire
From 0.30 to 7.00mm wide

Half Round Wire
Available in 2 profiles:
True Half Round 50% (Height = Width x 50%)
From 1.00 to 10.00mm wide
Low Profile 33% (Height = Width x 33%)
From 2.00 to 15.00mm wide

Square Wire
Die drawn square
From 0.70 to 7.00mm wide

Oval Wire
Available in 2 profiles:
Standard 55% (Height = Width x 55%)
From 1.00 to 8.00mm wide
Low Profile 33% (Height = Width x 33%)
From 1.50 to 10.00mm wide

Strip
Supplied half hard as standard. Strip is available in four
working days.

Granules
Granules are available in fine metals, fabrication alloys, casting alloys and masteralloys. Granules are kept in stock for same day dispatch.

Chenier
Made in house from our most popular alloys, Chenier’s standard size is 30cm in length. Shorter lengths are also available. Supplied half hard as standard. A range of Chenier is kept in stock for same day dispatch.

Sheet
Gold and Silver sheet is available in four working days from date of order. As a standard, sheet is supplied fully annealed. A range of Sterling Silver sheet is available in varying thicknesses at 300mm x 100mm in size, for same day dispatch.

Solders


Solder Tab
Solder Tabs are pre-cut pieces of Solder Sheet. They are repeatedly stamped with unique
identifying marks. Solder Tabs are
available in 0.35mm and 0.20mm
thickness. Solder Tabs are kept in stock
for same day dispatch.

Solder Loose Sheet
Platinum Solder is supplied in pieces of 0.3mm thickness sheet. Can be cut to your size requirements. Loose Solder is kept in
stock for same day dispatch.

Solder Fluxes
Gold Flux Liquid and General Purpose Flux paste are available for same day dispatch.

Solder Paste
Solder Paste is supplied in a syringe applicator for easy and accurate placement of solder onto the workpiece. Available in 18ct & 9ct Gold alloys and Sterling Silver. Solder Paste is kept in stock for same day dispatch.

Oxide Resistant Silver
Oxide Resistant Silver is an alternative to traditional Sterling Silver. The principle benefit is that the alloy is able to resist the formation of Copper oxides or fi rescale. A brilliant silver white colour and very good mechanical properties add to the appeal.

Electroplating Solution
Electroplating Solution is available in 23ct Yellow Colour Gold, 18ct Yellow Colour Flash Coating, Rhodium Plating and Black Rhodium Plating solutions.

Cleaning Salts and Acid Dip are available for surface preparation prior to plating. All electroplating products are kept in stock for same day dispatch.

NB: The 18ct Yellow Colour Flash Gold Plating solution requires a cyanide licence on purchase.
